Our family is a family of four: Jacqueline (entrepreneur and doctor), Tim (lawyer), Philip (almost 5) and Maurits (3). We both work full time, kids go to (pre)school 5 days per week. They love to do arts & crafts, play outside, read and play in the house with blocks, train, etc.
What are you looking for and expecting from an au pair? What will you expect from the au pair?
We are looking for a responsible, flexible au pair that likes kids and likes to play with kids. We would like it when the au pair cooks four times a week and folds the laundry. It would be great if she could learn the kids some Spanish, the language the kids spoke with our former 2 au pairs.
What fun things can the au pair do around town, and what can your family offer to the au pairs during the au pair experience?
We live in Amsterdam, in a quiet neighbourhood (Oud Zuid). We think there is lots of things to visit in Amsterdam, but also in the Netherlands by train.
