We are a a French family of four living in Amsterdam. Yoann (33) the father is working long hours (in the evening) in finance. In his free time he likes to work out, go to the playground with his daughters, try new restaurant with his wife. Margaux (31) I used to work as a cook in multiple restaurants for years. I am making a career change to become a maternity nurse. In my free time I like to practice yoga, to cook, to dance on loud french pop music with my kids. Adèle (3,5) will go to school in October. Very excited about the idea. She loves to learn new things. She is a very enthusiastic kid who loves to dance (ballet), sing (loud) and go to the playground no matter if it’s cold or raining. Juliette (4 months) is a chilled baby. She enjoys classic and jazz music when watching her mum cooking. She loves everything her sister does.
What are you looking for and expecting from an au pair? What will you expect from the au pair?
We are looking for a dynamic, pro active and curious woman who loves playing around with kids and who thinks for the community (helping with cooking and laundry is part of the mission). Speaking French is a plus
What fun things can the au pair do around town, and what can your family offer to the au pairs during the au pair experience?
Amsterdam is a very attractive and nice city to live in. we live in the city center very close to the museum and parc. We are also going back to France so we would like the au pair to come with us in order to help out which is a good opportunity to see France.
